Paul Rogert started the company in 2021.  He is a certified sewer inspector and also a seasoned realtor.  Before he started the company 5 years ago, he didn't know anything about sewer lines.  I think most homeowners and realtors are in the same boat, do you know what your looking at when viewing a sewer line... probably not.  Can you trust any plumbing company to have your best interests in mind?  No, you can't.   If you have a concern about your sewer line, give me a call and I will give you my opinion.  You can also send a video and sewer report, and we will be more than happy to take a look and get back to you.   We don't recommend services  you don't need.  In fact, I love to go out to a property after a homeowner has been told their sewer line needs to be replaced, and tell them the opposite, if applicable.  Most of our business is repeat customers or referrals.  We get sewer lines clean, whether that's using the Hydro Jetter, Chain Knocker or whatever else.  A lot of our work is with real estate transactions, and the line needs to be clean as a whistle.  If it isn't, you have just wasted your money.  We take great pride in our workmanship, and I'm am usually more excited about how the line comes out, than the homeowner.  Doesn't matter if it takes 1 or 4 hours, we need to get the line clean, and anything less is unacceptable.  We have a variety of tools to clean lines.  A good portion of our business is from other plumbers than need a hand clearing a clog.  Our biggest advantage over other companies is our hydro jetters.  Very few companies have a $60,000 jetter on their plumbing trucks, in addition to snakes, cables, cameras and locators.  Our jetters push out 18 gpm at 5000 psi, if we can't clear a blockage with our machines, nobody can.
